What we do with your data.
When you browse our website, we do not collect any personally identifying data.  The site will use cookies, and on your first visit, you will have been alerted to this and will have had the opportunity to accept cookies or to leave the site.
On the contact page, you are able to provide your contact details.  This information will be sent to the race organiser to deal with your query.  Your information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have specifically asked for it to be so.  The security and retention of data is in line with GDPR.
Our site is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our 10k race. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
If you do not agree with the above or prefer your details not to be processed as described, do not provide us with your details.
You can ask us to remove your details at any time, which we will do and confirm back to you, usually within 48 hours.  To request removal of your details please email​.
